I've begun adding some sheet music for traditional ocarina to the home page. It takes longer than adding the tablature for "English system," because I don't have any special software for the task, so am doing it manually in Paint, but, unlike the tabs for English system, it has the score in standard notation, and not just the fingerings.

I'm not sure how much time you care to devote to music typesetting, but if you want alot of flexibility in how the score is printed, you may want to check out www.lilypond.org. Mind you, this wouldn't be for the faint at heart, but once you get use to the input format (more like a programming language), you can do some pretty cool stuff with it. Normally, I'd recommend abc for typesetting whistle/ocarina (ie: one voice) music. However, if you want to do more interesting stuff like change the note head font or create your own tab, then I think lilypond is a fine choice. First off, it's free. And the output is very sharp.
